Reporting a guide correction
Include the page URL, your platform, game build, chapter and current objective. If a code differs, describe the door and the clue shown in your game. A cropped screenshot of that clue is useful; remove account names and other personal information before sending it.
We distinguish a reader report from a confirmed change. A new report may require comparison with an official announcement or other gameplay evidence before the guide is updated.
Reporting a game bug
We cannot change the game or provide account support. For game bugs, use the developer’s reporting channels linked from its official announcements. Our troubleshooting page helps identify useful details for that report.
