Projector: repaired but the exit stays closed
Check the complete sequence: repair the fusebox → operate the projector control → let the video finish. A repaired electrical panel alone does not restart the show. Return to the theater steps.
If all three are complete and progression still fails, the developer’s PC 1.0.15 notes specifically mention recognition of completed projector videos. Check your installed build before repeating the puzzle indefinitely.
Gift shop: the floodlights are still off
This is a multi-stage objective: the three lower fuseboxes, the three upper connections reached through the arcade vent, then the floor-level floodlight controls. Match your current objective to the gift shop sequence.
Keypad: no power or the number is rejected
For a damaged Chapter 2 panel, obtain and install the replacement parts before entering its clue. For a working panel, check that you are at the right door and read your own hint. Code discrepancies are documented rather than silently resolved in favor of one guide.
Stella call: buttons stop responding
Some call-related input locks were addressed in PC 1.0.9. Check for available updates and note exactly which call and input are affected. This is not evidence that every nonresponsive interaction is the same bug.
Second Allo hunt: a fuse will not work
The 1.0.9 notes name a four-fuse interaction issue in that encounter. Check your build before assuming another hidden fuse is required. This issue is distinct from the gift shop’s three-fuse puzzle.
Level 2: missing geometry or loading trouble
The 1.0.15 announcement includes additional Level 2 loading safeguards. Record the location and current objective if the problem remains after updating. Do not assume a PC update is already available on console.
Still stuck? Make a useful bug report
Use the developer’s reporting links in the official Steam announcements. Include your platform, installed build, chapter, objective, exact symptom and whether it persists after updating. A short screenshot of the objective can be more useful than “the door is broken.”
Avoid deleting your saves as a first troubleshooting step. Neither this guide nor the cited patch notes establish a guaranteed recovery procedure for all affected saves.
