How to unlock New Game Plus
The October developer Q&A says completing the full game unlocks New Game Plus. Completing the Story Demo is a separate event; it does not establish that you have unlocked the full game’s replay mode.
What does amber unlock?
The developer connects amber to four replay modifiers, with an additional option unlocking for every fourth amber collected. Use the amber location reference to plan collection detours.
The announcement does not map each named option to a particular amber threshold. We therefore do not assign an unlock order.
The four announced modifiers

Modifiers can be combined. The developer notes that low gravity can disrupt intended routes and permit sequence breaks. That makes replay routes different from the normal chapter instructions.
Saves and achievements
The Q&A does not establish save carryover or a precise difficulty multiplier. We have not independently tested those behaviors. The 15 Steam achievement requirements do not name NG+ as a condition; check the separate collectible goals before assuming a replay modifier is required.
