Names and requirements below were checked against the public Steam achievement data on November 2, 2026. Hidden achievements are included, so the list contains progression spoilers. Conditions are summarized here; the linked official list is the reference.

You Go Here is the Steam name. “You go There,” seen in a community collectible guide, is not the official label. This is the 15-entry Steam list; it is not a separately verified PlayStation platinum guide.
Globe-fetti: the Chapter 1 detour
At the Watering Hole exhibition, look near the spot where the employee was standing. Repeatedly interact with the globe until it spins fast enough to trigger the achievement. Do this during exploration before concentrating on the later escape.
Kick the Rock: take the left cave
In Chapter 2, pass the crane-arm crossing after leaving the initial powered digsite. Near two blue portable toilets, the route splits into a left cave and a small right opening. Take the left cave to trigger the rock scene. The right opening continues the main route.
Paleo Pal Review: use the talk boxes
Interact with the mascot buttons rather than merely walking past the displays. The illustrated Chapter 1 route identifies Benji near the egg nest, Pterry near the globe, Dennis by the flashlight counter, Alistair beyond the workshop, and Stephanie after the laboratory route.
The guide’s headline count says four while its route names five characters. Steam specifies each character’s talk box without a numeric total. Our practical recommendation is to activate every named display you encounter; we do not present that contradictory count as verified.
Collectible cleanup and stuffed animals
The reported targets are 16 amber, 24 tapes and 97 notes. Our collectibles page provides all 16 amber landmarks and the four toy pickup/delivery pairs. The audio guide adds 23 reviewed stops and the note guide adds 28. These are partial location references, not a guaranteed completion route.
Community trophy guidance recommends learning the chapters before attempting toy deliveries. Dying can lose the carried toy, so deliberately unlocking the two death achievements during a delivery run is counterproductive. Use Level Select for a new delivery attempt if necessary; a checkpoint respawn is not evidence that the toy is still carried.
The trophy guide describes Hoarder as the combined amber, tape and note collection. Steam’s wording is broader. Keep the separate talk-box and toy achievements on your cleanup list rather than assuming Hoarder proves those tasks are complete.
Is New Game Plus required?
The official achievement requirements do not name New Game Plus. The developer Q&A describes it as a post-completion mode with amber-linked modifiers. See the NG+ unlock guide. Treat those replay modifiers separately from the four chapter-completion achievements; do not restart in NG+ merely to resolve a missing normal collectible.
